Accounts

Provide accurate info. Keep credentials confidential. Responsible for all account activity.

Permitted Use

Use Services only for lawful UAE real estate business. Prohibited: fraud, hacking, IP infringement.

User Content

You own uploaded leads/content. You grant us a license to process it for Services. Ensure legal basis for third-party data.

Our IP

Platform, AI, trademarks are ours. Limited license for your use; no reverse engineering.

Fees and Payments

Paid plans per pricing page. Non-payment may suspend access.

Third-Party Services

Integrations subject to their terms. We are not liable.

Disclaimers

Services “as is”. No guarantees on results or uptime.

Liability Limit

No indirect damages. Direct liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months, per UAE law.

Indemnity

You indemnify us for your misuse or data violations.

Termination

We may suspend/terminate for breach. Surviving provisions apply post-termination.

Governing Law

UAE federal and Dubai laws apply. Dubai courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

Updated Terms posted online. Continued use is acceptance.
